What is energy work?

We ARE energy. Everything is Energy, held together by an infinite intelligence I like to call Source. This holding together happens by virtue of what some call the matrix, the ether, or other names.

Energy is of paramount importance, it affects us directly.

We are made of energy and affected by the energy of the people, plants, animals, entities, spirits and objects around us.

Energy work is about balancing that energy, removing negative energy and healing our energy so we can be in our naturaly high vibration state.

Energy work can include meditation, trance, cleansing of body and home through ritual, breath work, visulization, intention , magick and more.

I like the way Abraham Hicks summs up what we need to do to raise our vibration. I think this is energy work in a nutshell.

“You don’t have to work at being in the high vibration that is natural to you, because it is natural to you. But you do have to stop holding the thoughtsthat cause you to lower your vibration. It’s a matter of no longer giving your attention to things that don’t allow your cork to float, or don’t allow you to vibrate in harmony with who you really are.”

If you are experiencing a spiritual awakening, its likely you are more sensitive to your own energy and the energy of others. Some sensetives were born “awake” and have always been able to feel.

Not more than ever, as more and more on this planet are waking up, energy work is essential. If you are awake or waking up, odds are you are here for a reason, and in order to fufill your purpose, you need to be in the best spiritual shape you can be.
